Cleanroom laminar air flow Pass Box Stainless Steel Dynamic Pass box
Pass box is auxiliary equipment mainly used for passing small objects between 2 clean areas or between clean areas and unclean areas. Pass box reduces the closing and opening times of the clean rooms, which helps to maintain a reasonable air pressure in the clean room. Pass box keeps the contamination condition to the lowest.
Pass Box functions as an effective solution for material transfer between different classified areas. Scenic dynamic pass box with self-cleaning function is designed to prevent air turbulence and minimize entry of contaminants when products or items enter the critical area. When transferring the goods, the fan collects the air from the inside and self-purifies the interior of the pass box through a HEPA filter at the top.
With interlocking mechanism, two doors cannot be open simultaneously during the material transferring process, eliminating cross contamination. The stable down-flow reduces the particulates on material surfaces and achieves Class 100 (ISO 5) air cleanliness.
