Product Description

Clean bench installation requirements:

1. This equipment should be installed in all levels of purification plant or sealed air conditioning plant.

2. This equipment should be installed away from high-speed dust sources and sources.

3. After installation, clean the inside of the equipment and its surroundings with a vacuum cleaner or a non-fiber-generating tool.

4. After the installation is cleaned, the QDF-2 type hot-ball anemometer can be used to measure the average wind speed in the clean work area. When the average wind speed is less than 0.32m/s, increase the regulator voltage and increase the fan input voltage. On the contrary, when the average wind speed is higher than 0.48m/s, turn down the regulator voltage and reduce the fan input voltage until the average value. The wind speed is kept within the ideal range of 0.4m/s ± 20% before it can be used.
