The unit is equipped with double inlet centrifugal fan under well-known brand. All wheels and fan aretested as qualified in rigorous static and dynamic balance test before delivery, and certified toAMCA, All the bearings are purchased from high-quality imported manufacturers.

 

Each fan model is rigorously selected by computer to ensure the fan is adaptable to high traffic areawith low noise, high efficiency, safe and reliable operation.

 

Fan motor is equipped with steel under frame, and characterized by beautiful appearance, and belteasy-to-adjust.

Refrigerator plate

Aluminum aloy frame structure. Characterized by beauiful appearance, high strength, anti-cold bnidge design, and excllent corrosion resistance, refigerator platestructure is recommended for 80000m%h or higher air low. Buit;in galvanized steel frame;the overa frame is cold-bridge-free. Regardless of any structure, theoverall strength of the unit is complaint with European standards D1 (EN1886).

Aluminum alloy frame structure

The unit is designed using a number of proprietary sealing technologies, ensuring the leakage rate of unit meets the national standard, andEuropean standard L2 (EN1886) under differential pressure of 1000Pa.

 

Motor

Fully-enclosed fan-cooled three-phase asynchronous motor, at protection class of ip55; insulation class: f.Standard
operatingpower: 380V/3P/50Hz.

Optional converter controls motor frequency, VAV operation is available within a certain range.

Using new European-style taper sleeve puleys, it is easily dismounted or mounted. High-quaity imported belts ofer strong power
transmisionand abrasion resistance, to ensure more reliable transmission.

Internal overall vibration damping technique and the damping efficiency is more than 95%.

Air capacity control valve:
Primary efficiency filter:It is divided into plate and short bag types. filter material includes corrugated aluminum mesh and synthetic non-woven fabrics. The frame is made of paper or aluminum alloy. The efficiency rating ranges from G2 to G4.Useof international famous brand; its size and specification are compliant with international standards.

Medium efficiency filter:
Generally it is made of filber or fiber bag filter from interationally renowned brands, at efficiency rating ofF5 f9; its frame is made of galvanized steel or aluminum alloy.

 

(Sub) High-efficiency filter:
A high flow low resistance filter is installed inside the air conditioning terminal unit, and the specification ranges from H10 to H13. The filter is installed on a dedicated slot rack, in a special sealing and fixed manner, thereby strictly ensuring the sealing effect.
